Suggested Use:
Adults take one tablet two to three times a day or as recommended by your physician. Allow the tablet to fully dissolve in a 16-ounce glass of water before drinking.

    I was a sufferer of kidney stones, since I started using ksp tabs in my drinks I can eat or drink anything I want to without worry. The tabs add a good flavor to any drink but I especially like coconut water with the kiwi lime flavor. By by worry.

    am someone who exercises in the heat for a couple of hours a day and nothing on the market has been better for hydration than these KSP tabs! I find myself feeling so much better than I did when I was using other hydration tablets. I was originally prescribed them to keep a couple of small kidney stones from growing – and it has worked! My urologist says they have not grown and no reason for treatment and I have KSP tabs to thank for that. There is simply nothing better on the market for hydration and kidney stone treatment. This is a 5-star product!
